Introduction The Performance Programme at Queen's is designed to enable talented musicians to develop their technical and interpretative skills through a carefully designed and challenging curriculum.
Why Performance at Queen’s?
• Funded tuition with practising professional musicians
• Visiting Artists schemes – workshops, tutorials, rehearsals, masterclasses
• Ulster Orchestra links
• Auditioned ensembles
• Opportunities to perform in front of small and large audiences as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber ensemble member.
Performance Options There are two performance options available to new BMus and BSc Music Technology and Sonic Arts students, which can be followed by enrolling on one of the following modules:
Performance 1 and
Performance Workshop 1. Students are eligible to enroll for either option, regardless of degree pathway, but cannot enroll in both simultaneously.
Students wishing to enroll on Performance must undertake a Performance Evaluation either during Open Days in February or during Welcome Week in September. Please click
